Runit provides a real-time POS solution with no required software. This is
an Internet-based program that will customize a POS solution to fit your
business. The web–based Runit software creates a versatile point of sale
system that is efficient and easy to use. The service isn't a complete
solution, but is a decent option if you're looking for web-based POS or
already have the hardware. Runit's web–based software has all of the
practical features you need to run a retail store.
The Runit software will track layaways, back
orders, special orders, gift registry, store all of your customer’s
information (including transaction history and credit limit), and you will
be able to track your employees’ time and commission. Runit offers an online
manual for almost every aspect of your system. If you have further
questions, you can contact their customer support team by email or phone. We
found the customer service representatives helpful in providing valuable
information about their system. The one-time setup fee is $600 per location,
with an additional $300 per workstation.
