      The suite pulls together both process models and business rules alike thru collaborative tools, content and knowledge management capabilities, integration utilities, a secure identity framework, and an organizational model. This suite is ideal for retail distribution management, services selection and purchasing, legacy application migration, energy procurement, product portfolio management, global supply chain management, and contact center operations.

       The process modeler features an AJAX-based drag-and-drop interface with a protected collection of templates, services and rules. The Modeler allows business users to create content-rich operations with process activity nodes that "draw upon the suite's functionality directly within the design palette." The Modeler also allows customers to create ad hoc, HTML-based forms and/or upload existing Adobe, HTML or JSP forms (process models follow the BPMN standard).

       BPM suite components include process modeler, process controller, process engine, rules engine, simulation, process portal, document manager, collaboration, personalization, and analytics.

	Pros: strengths include analytics, document management and collaboration.
	Cons: not suited for transaction-intensive processes.
