What benefits does this provide?

1) TASK ELIMINATION: Before, Professor Doyle had extensive hand-tasks to open APRESO CLASSROOM INSTRUCTORWEB browser, then copypaste standard COURSE IDs, COURSE NAMES, SECTION NUMBER, CMS ID, and other fields.
