Work as a lead member of a small software development team, designing and building software applications, targeted at operating a Certificate Authority. Create software products based on specifications developed by the product architect.

Responsibilities:
Hands-on coding of new products, and extensions to existing products, using SafeNet development API. Current code base is ANSI C. Future code base could be C, C++ or Java.
Conduct functional analyses of the design of new software products or enhancements to current products.
Develop test fixtures for unit, integration and system-level testing of the designed products. Perform testing of developed code.
Document work, via both design documents, and in-line code comments, to facilitate other team members and the release teams’ understanding of what has been developed.
Install, configure, maintain Hardware Security Modules from SafeNet and nCipher.

Minimum Experience Required:
5+ years software development experience writing and maintaining security related applications.
5+ years experience development in C/C++.
5+ years experience developing and documenting software components.
3+ years experience in C, C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio 6
3+ years experience with security algorithms 3DES, SHA and RSA PKCS cryptography standards.

Desired Skills/Experience
Preferred Experience:
Experience managing a Public Key Infrastructure is a plus.
Knowledge of SafeNet Hardware Security Modules is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently within a small team environment.
